Atglen Station Concept Plan
The Atglen Station Concept Plan (2012) identifies the preferred station arrangement, parking, bicycle and pedestrian amenities for a new train station in Atglen Borough. Baltimore Pike for Everyone (2015) recommends improvements that are intended to improve safety and comfort for all users focusing specifically on the twenty mile Baltimore Pike Corridor through the eleven municipalities in southern Chester County.

Central Chester County Bicycle and Pedestrian Circulation Plan
The Central Chester County Bicycle and Pedestrian Circulation Plan (2013) serves as a blueprint for transforming seven municipalities in the heart of Chester County into communities that support and encourage walking, bicycling, and public transportation.
Enhancing the Transit Environment
Enhancing the Transit Environment (2016) illustrates how recommendations from the Multi-Modal Handbook and SEPTA's Bus Stop Design Guidelines can be applied to key locations in Chester County. The document includes case studies of conceptual improvements at nine existing bus stops intending to position these projects for potential grant funding or development/redevelopment opportunities. 2014 Public Transportation Plan
The original Public Transportation Plan's vision statement was derived directly from Landscapes2: "Provide an affordable, reliable, and accessible public transportation network to offer mobility, encourage favorable land use patterns, sustain the environment, and alleviate congestion within designated growth areas." The plan was updated in 2024.

Trail & Path Planning
Trail & Path Planning (2007) assists municipalities that wish to address trails & paths in their comprehensive plan, official map, and zoning and subdivision and land development ordinances.
Transportation Improvement Inventory
The Transportation Improvement Inventory (TII) is a comprehensive record of known transportation needs and projects within Chester County for the specified year. Projects were gathered through submissions from our 73 municipalities. This is the first step toward the biennial update of the DVRPC Region's Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) or regionally agreed upon list of priority transportation projects.

Transportation Priority Projects
Chester County's Transportation Priority Projects (TPP) brochure showcases a condensed list of projects, for the specified year, representing the vision for Chester County's transportation system that would have great benefit on the quality of life in the county. A committee of stakeholders from private and public sectors, along with representatives from PennDOT, SEPTA, and the state legislature are all consulted in the creation of the brochure.
